Shipping
Items over 150 lbs. must ship via FREIGHT. Pallet/crating will fees apply if required. Gigabit Part Solutions is located in Texas and operates 8 AM to 5 PM CST Monday-Friday. Orders received and paid after 12 PM CST will be processed next day for normal shipment times.
GPS will try and get standard orders processed and shipped within 1-2 days. For same day order shipment a $100 expedite Fee can be added depending if order received and paid for after 12 noon CST. Buyer will be notified at time of order if applies. FedEx, UPS and USPS pick up times are 3 PM. Counter to Counter service will have a $200 expediting fee and be resp.
DHL shipping will require buyer to handle all paperwork and scheduling for pick up.
A contact name, phone number, E-mail and company name/address is required for shipping purposes and items will not ship unless this is provided. Any special instructions for shipping or additional reference information need to be clearly communicated. If utilizing buyer shipper the account number with billing Zip Code must be supplied at time of order.
GPS will not alter any sales costing documentation to not reflect actual amount paid for item.
GPS will drop ship items but it is responsibility of buyer to supply all documentation if the buyer does not want recipient to know item furnished by GPS.

Please allow a 24 hour response time due to time difference between Texas and International destinations.Shipping/handling times and costs vary, based on the packing requirements Please allow up to 5 business days for handling time.

New requirements for shipping international may change and the listed requirements are subject to change at any time. Laws governing shipping regulations are strictly adhered to and all forms will be completed in truth or may risk being help at customs or import locations globally.
GPS does not ship to any (by US LAW) restricted destinations based on item type or by restricted laws. All international orders if required will need to have an accompanying BIS-771 enduser statement form filled out. For faster international processing please provide your VAT Number, Tariff Code, or Schedule B information.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PAY ALL SHIPPING AND RELATED CHARGES. This includes any special crating or packaging required for the item(s) purchased.
International Orders are subject to DUTIES, TAXES and other Import Fees; the buyer is solely responsible for these fees, documents and transportation if held at a customs office in the destination country.
IF utilizing buyer freight forwarder / shipping company all arrangements for pick up from GPS must be handled by Buyer. Paper work required will be required to be sent prior to shipment to sales@gigabitpartsolutions.com
All International orders are subject to a $35.00 administration fee.

You will be notified of shipping fees/charges within 1-3 days after request for quote or upon buying item. We require shipping instructions, dimensions and weights before a quote can be sent. If the items is not purchased it will not be pulled from sales while waiting for a shipping quote.
